There is no other event that covers this industry in its entirety. The sessions at tppEXPO’08 will highlight the most important issues and trends in the industry, presented by the people who have been closely involved with these developments. THE PREPAID PRESS EXPO PRIVACY POLICY Title The Prepaid Press Expo and its entities recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of information provided by users of our web sites, subscribers to our newspaper, registrants for our events, recipients of our e-mail newsletters and all other customers of our products and services. How We Collect Information To attend our trade shows or other events, users must register. During registration, users are required to give their contact information (such as name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number). We also may collect information about a user’s professional capacity (such as job title, purchasing responsibilities, company information). For internal purposes, we use this information to communicate with users and provide requested services. We also use this information to improve our offerings, for marketing purposes and/or for industry reporting purposes. For payments, we also collect credit card information, such as account name, number and expiration date, which is used for billing purposes only. E-mail Newsletters When users register for the Expo, they are added to our list of e-mail newsletter recipients. This enables us to keep them informed of The Prepaid Press and The Prepaid Press Expo services and/or events, and to periodically keep them apprised of third party offerings. Recipients of our newsletters can unsubscribe using the instructions listed at the end of the e-mail newsletter. Third Party Communications The Prepaid Press Expo does not provide lists to outside companies for marketing purposes, however, we may allow outside companies to utilize our lists via bonded third party mailers.
