Anthro Corporation (Booth 720) is showcasing its Carl’s Table, Model CT08—an ergonomic desk with motorized height movement and increased leg speed for teleradiology applications. Anthro also is exhibiting the eNook Pro, a wall-mounted, lockable workstation for LCDs and laptops. Grundig Business Systems (Booth 6142) is presenting the Digta CordEx, a wireless dictation microphone that transmits within a 33-foot radius through a USB attached receiving station. M*Modal (Booth 2001) is featuring AnyModal CDS Live speech recognition software that captures, comprehends and transforms clinical information from dictation into accessible, retrievable and shareable electronic files. Neurostar Solutions (Booth 4108) is debuting myPIR, a service allowing patients to share and store personal imaging records with their attending physicians and specialists online. Neurostar also is showcasing version 7 of Virtual Radiology Network for online clinical image management. Nortel (Booth 6281) is promoting its IP Mobility Fast Start Solution, an implementation package of IP voice and wireless LAN enabling secure, wireless collaboration between mobile physicians and staff for clinical applications and health records. Novovision (Booth 3913) is introducing NovoVoice, a voice recognition system that assigns and manages digital voice recordings for transcription. Novovision also is debuting its anatomic pathology software platform, NovoPath 6.2. Philips Healthcare (Booth 6443) is featuring new advanced visualization capabilities integrated on its iSite PACS. Also on display is the CliniScape, a mobile clinical assistant, based on Windows XP Tablet PC edition, with a 60GB hard-disk and 10.4-inch XGA touch-screen. Philips also is showing the ProScribe, a wireless, point-of-care, 12-inch touchscreen system. Philips Speech Recognition Systems (Booth 6443) is featuring the latest advances of its SpeechMagic technology platform which include the addition of English for the Canadian market and Slovenian to its portfolio. TeraMedica Healthcare Technology (Booth 5573) is showcasing its Evercore-SOAR platform, which uses web services protocols which allow Evercore Clinical Information Manager to operate as service oriented architecture. HealthImaging.com Artromick (Booth 2871) is exhibiting the NX10 Mobile Computing WorkStation, a new point-of-care cart with a 15.5-inch x 21-inch work area and configurable secure storage area. BayScribe ( Booth 876) is unveiling BayScribe in a Box—a complete, fault-tolerant, document reporting workflow solution. [ Artromick’s NX10 Mobile Computing Workstation ] Carestream Health (Booth 4248) is highlighting the advanced visualization features of Kodak Carestream PACS including: cardiac review and analysis, cardiac cage removal in 3D imaging and cardiac calcium scoring, MIP, volume rendering, tissue definition and vessel tracking. Crescendo (Booth 6843) is exhibiting its interactive speech recognition module for clinical notes as part of its MD Center-XL application. The new module also supports HL7 ADT integration to automate the import of patient demographics into the report. Fujifilm Medical Systems USA (Booth 3300) is demonstrating future extensions to its 3D software, including Synapse PET/CT 3D functionality, pending FDA clearance. GE Healthcare (Booth 737) is showcasing the Centricity Enterprise Remote Services solution within a remote-hosted, application service provider (ASP) model.
