Since more time is needed for vehicle return and transfer to the airport, no morning or early afternoon flights should be scheduled. A fee of US$25 per hour will be charged for each hour that the vehicle is overdue. You must return the vehicle in the same condition as you received it. Depending on local conditions, a cleaning and/or waste tank evacuation fee may be assessed at vehicle return up to US$250. You are liable for any damages or loss of equipment. There are no refunds for early returns. “Early Bird” Departure Special – If you would prefer to collect your motorhome in the morning and return it in the afternoon, this can be arranged for a fee and must be pre-booked. Vehicle Familiarisation – Upon collecting your motorhome, a tour of approximately 30-60 minutes is required to familiarise you and other drivers with the operation of the vehicle before departure. Mileage Charges You have a choice to pre-pay for miles in 500 mile increments or to pre-pay estimated mileage, on a per mile basis at departure. Upon vehicle return, any additional miles/kms over prepaid miles are charged at the per mile/km rate. There are no refunds for unused miles. Pre-pay price: Per 500 mile increments = £93 Unlimited mileage: for up to 21 days the cost is £470. The 22nd day and subsequent days are charged at £17 per
