She’s worked in development and fundraising for non-profit agencies, in public health research and intervention, and in city governments providing services for persons with disabilities. Currently she is the editor in chief of Solutions e-magazine (see www. hireds.com) and a consultant working with new spinal-chord-injury patients at Spaulding rehabilitation hospital in boston. She herself sustained an injury to her sixth cervical vertebra in a diving accident at the age of 15. She lives in her native South boston and in Falmouth with her husband, photographer John mcCosh ’04. o n December 1, Kristen mcCosh ’95 was crowned ms. Wheelchair America 2008 after competing in the national pageant in Washington DC as ms. Wheelchair massa- Dineen M. saunders (UMB, BA Psy ’81) graduated from the New England School of Law in 1992. She was promoted to program director at Children’s Services of Roxbury in 2006. Mark s. sullivan (UMB, BA Mgmt ’80) founded Seacoast Asset Management, a financial planning and investment advisory firm in June, 2006, after spending 24 years in the industry, working at a number of Wall Street firms. He is a member of the College of Management Advisory Board, the Board of Trustees of the Seacoast Repertory Theatre in Portsmouth, N.H., the Portsmouth Rotary Club, and the Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce. Mark teaches a business course at the University of New Hampshire and is currently writing a book on finance. He resides in Stratham, N.H. with his wife, Loree, and their four children. william Taylor (UMB, BA Eth, Soc, & Pol Phil ’80), an attorney at Pierce Atwood LLP, was ranked among the best attorneys in the nation for 2007 by Chambers and Partners, an independent British legal research firm that publishes rankings of the leading global law firms based on client interviews. Taylor was praised for his unquestionable expertise in environmental issues involving water law, waste discharge, wetlands, and natural resource licensing. Trent Blanchard (BS Mgt ’92) is now a life coach living in southern California. He had a book come out in December titled Triple A’s for the Soul: Your Pathway to Personal Freedom. She has also been studying Spanish for the past six years, so she “knows how it feels to learn a new language!” Gregory R. Cadle (BA Econ ’90) is a commander in the Medical Services Corps of the United States Navy. After graduating from UMass Boston, he earned 1990s his master’s in organizational behavior from Troy State University, and a certificate in legislative studies from Georgetown University, and became a certified health care executive through the American College of Healthcare Executives. Commander Cadle is currently stationed at the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery in Washington D.C. He resides in Annapolis, Md., and is the father of Robert and Elizabeth. Ronald Divacri (BS Mgt ’91) married Heather Ghareeb on July 14, 2007. Beth Griffin (UMB, BA Pol Sci, Hist, & Econ ’95) is helping her son search for colleges, which led her to reflect on her college experience. She states that “while not traditional, it was a quality education in every way.” Kim Lindley-soucy (MA Eng ’93) received her doctorate in education from UMass Lowell in June, 2007. Catherine R. Martin-Loew (MA Bil Ed ’94) takes care of her children and does volunteer work at school and church. Her son Donovan is 9 years old and her twins, Andrea and Maria are 5. She plans to go back to teaching in a few years. Linda McLean (BS Acct ’97) has been elected principal at Tofias PC, one of New England’s leading accounting and consulting firms. Linda joined the firm in 1999. She is principal in the Accounting and Auditing Group and a member of the firm’s Employee Benefit Plan Audit Practice. She has eight years of experience working with privately held companies in the manufacturing, real estate, and retail industries. She provides audits and reviews of financial statements, internal control reviews, tax planning, and consulting services to clients. Joseph Leo McNiff (BA Spanish ’97) earned his MA in communication (public relations) at Suffolk University in 2004.
