Williams has over 20 years of experience in administration and management, and prior to joining Endicott, she served as vice president of human resources for North American Global Components and held various leadership positions within Arrow Electronics. Innovex has appointed John M. Clark III as chairman of the board. Clark joined the Innovex board of directors earlier this year and will replace William P. Murnane whose contract to serve as chairman expired July 16, 2008. Murnane will continue to serve on the board. Milpex Circuit has named printed circuit board veteran Jerry Pariag as national inside sales manager. Pariag brings with him a wealth of knowledge from his 20-plus years of experience in the PCB industry gained from working with companies such as Lazer-Tech, Coretec Inc. and FTG Circuits, where he held a number of key manufacturing, sales and customer service positions. At Milplex, he will be responsible for all inside sales and customer service. OS-TECH announced that Jim Conner has joined its sales team in the capacity of metal finishing sales and support. With over 20 years of experience in the areas of decorative plating, functional/industrial plating, electronics finishes, waste-water treatment, environmental regulations/ compliance and equipment, Conner brings a wealth of knowledge to his position. R&D Circuits announces Kena Pegram has joined the company as West Coast regional sales manager. Ms. Pegram will be responsible for the Western States region including, CA, oR, WA, ID, UT and NV. Before joining R&D Circuits, Ms. Pegram worked for 12 years in the semiconductor industry. Sierra Circuits has acquired the Xcel Circuits Division of Emrise Electronics Corporation, also known as Emrise Circuits Division. As part of this transaction, Sierra will assume Xcel’s customer base. In addition, Digitran, a division of Emrise, has entered into a long-term 14 contract with Sierra for the exclusive supply of PCBs. Capitol Technologies, LLC handled the transaction. Financial details were not available. Lockheed Martin announced that a subsidiary has entered into a contract to acquire Tenix Group’s interests in RLM Holdings Pty Ltd, a radar, systems engineering and integration and logistics management business headquartered in Adelaide, Australia. In other news, Lockheed Martin entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Aculight Corporation based in Bothell, WA, and Aculight provides laser-based solutions for national defense and aerospace customers. The companies are not disclosing terms of the transaction. octobEr dEcEMbEr IT’S A DEAL M-Flex has purchased two ComPlate Shadow lines from HMS Höllmüller for the production of flexible circuits. “ It was particularly the reliability of the equipment and the customer-oriented service concept of HMS Shanghai that led M-Flex to award this order” says , Albert Sadoine, general manager of HMS Shanghai. Tapco Circuit Supply announced that it has acquired Tulon Pacifica, a supplier of PCB cutting tools, automated tool resharpening and drill room services. Tapco continues to focus on drill room related services and products including quality tools and state-of-the-art automated tool resharpening equipment.
