The UT Center for Industrial Services (CIS) can provide a thorough safety hazard assessment, a noise survey or noise abatement study and an ergonomic study. Plus, CIS offers employee safety training on topics such as hazard communication, bloodborne pathogens, machine guarding, lockout/tagout and other Occupational Safety and Health Administration-mandated courses. CIS also provides training and support for new and existing safety teams.
