Utah State Parks and Recreation and the Utah Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association (UHGPGA) are partnering to manage and preserve this unique recreation area known worldwide as one of the best training sites for both paragliding and hang gliding.

This park offers camping, picnicking, fishing, boating, swimming, hiking, and mountain biking in and around Jordanelle Reservoir. Hailstone on the west side of the reservoir has a full service marina. Rock Cliff Recreation Area is located on the southeast corner of the reservoir. Nestled in the tall cottonwoods on the Upper Provo River, Rock Cliff offers camping and boardwalks spanning the river.

This secluded lake lies at the mouth of scenic Ferron Canyon. Visitors may enjoy water activities including year-round fishing at Millsite Reservoir. There is also excellent access to OHV and mountain biking trails.

The trail spans 28 miles from Park City and follows I-80 through Wanship and Coalville to Echo Dam. Designated as non-motorized, the trail is great for hiking, biking, jogging, and in the winter, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.

Nestled in a setting of red sandstone formations that loom above the water like a fleet of ships, Red Fleet Reservoir contains 750 surface acres of water great for fishing, boating, waterskiing, swimming, and relaxing.

Hyrum State Park offers boating, year-round fishing, water-skiing, swimming, and camping near 450-acre Hyrum Lake in Northern Utah.

Rockport is a 45-minute drive from Salt Lake City and features first-rate fishing, boating, waterskiing, swimming, and windsurfing. Rockport Reservoir is a great stop for an afternoon or weekend outing.

Facilities include advanced and novice motocross tracks, beginner area, spectator viewing, and three-mile loop trail paralleling the Jordan River. State required off-highway vehicle education programs are available at this location.
