And many of you will be exploring our CHI and BioSilk products for the first time, too. Here at Farouk Systems we believe the best things happen when you enthusiastically embrace change. It’s only natural when you’re in the businesses of fashion and beauty to be on the lookout for the new and the improved. That’s why we’ve recently made some changes and, as a result, many new salons and salon clients will have the opportunity to enjoy our products. If you’re new to our “family,” there are a few things I would like to share about our company. From the warehouse, administration and corporate teams in our Houston headquarters, to the thousands of education and support personnel in the field, each and every person is dedicated to our customers and to the quality of our products—and it doesn’t end there. Our Founder and Chairman Farouk Shami has set a standard for reaching out and giving back to those who need help most. Whether it’s supporting a fundraiser for cancer research, restocking a salon devastated by a category 5 hurricane or quietly lending a hand to an associate in distress, every member of this company is always willing and ready to pitch in.
