Although you can’t feed your nails directly, a good diet is essential to overall nail health. Experts believe that biotin-rich foods like eggs, soy and whole grains are nail boosters, along with foods rich in sulfur minerals like apples, cucumbers, grapes, garlic, asparagus and onions.
