Whether worn down or twisted into a careless knot, the effect was edgy and casual. To create your own sexy texture, start by applying a volumizing mousse like BioSilk® Silk Mousse to damp hair. Comb through with a widetooth comb. Turn your head over and dry hair section by section with the diffuser attachment on the blow dryer. As each strand heats up, squeeze it with your hands to lock in the wave. When hair is dry, flip it over and separate and define random sections with an oil-free paste like CHI® Twisted Fabric Finishing Paste. Sportmax 5. lips and tips Bubble Gum, Cherry Popsicle, Orange-Ade. Summer lips definitely make a statement when decked out in these decidedly eye-popping hues. To make it work, keep everything else—face, cheeks and eyes—as neutral as possible to avoid eye candy overload. Lips themselves should be impeccable. Start with liner, beginning at the bow and extending the line to the corner with one stroke. Repeat on each side, top and bottom. Fill in the lines with the pencil, then mix a matching hue, combining a creamy lipstick with lip gloss and go over the pencil inside the liner.
