The device lets the operator unload and sort the previous nest while the next one is being machined, nearly doubling the output of the machine. Dust Collection - Since the kerf of a router bit is significantly larger than a saw blade, effectively removing all that dust can be difficult. This is even more important in light of recent health considerations concerning wood dust. To address this, Busellato has engineered dust collection with the panel evacuation device to completely clean the table, so that the next sheet can be immediately loaded.
