Busellato CAD & Nesting Software – 1 Building on the power of the industry-leading Genesis Evolution, Delmac developed JetNest to offer you options on how to drive your nested-based cell. JetNest will integrate seamlessly with all the popular design systems on the market or allow you to design your own parametric library of products in Genesis Evolution and link with an Excel® spreadsheet. You are not forced to have a cabinet design system up and running before your NBM cell can operate. Take advantage of the labor-savings in the shop that a Busellato will offer and then evaluate and integrate third-party software on your own schedule. JetNest, combined with AutoLink and Genesis Evolution (included on all Busellatos), gives you this flexibility. Bar coding of each nest and realtime label printing at the machine are possible with the addition of a scanner and printer; the software is included with JetNest. JetNest includes features found on much more expensive nesting optimizers: • Automatic tool path generation with ramped leadins, a feature critical for NBM. • Ability to nest not only parametric Genesis Evolution part files, but also dxf files in AutoLink format from AutoCAD® or any cabinet design software. • Onion-skinning of small parts based on a user defined area setting. • Scrap cut to either utilize remaining material later or just cut up material into manageable pieces. • Ability to “feed” parts into the nest one cabinet at a time, so assembly can begin when the first sheet comes off the machine. • Ability to allow unexposed parts to rotate in a grained material, such as stretchers or toe-kicks, increasing yield. • Ability to automatically move small parts away from the edge of the nest to the interior, where they will hold better. www.delmac.com http://www.delmac.com
