Delmac Catalog 2008 - (Page 17) Fravol Contour Banders & Trimmers Fravol’s 0CB Contour Bander has a patented control feature that allows the operator to memorize specific areas of a panel that contain tight radii. Once these points are memorized, the machine will automatically reduce speed, giving the operator time to re-position large or awkward shaped parts. The electronic counter allows automatic control of banding length. The VSB Edgebanding machine is for straight, round or contoured panels. The Fravol VSB is versatile for edging both Thin tape Veneers and Melamine along with 3mm PVC/ABS. The machine features a patented work surface which allows the banding to overhang the bottom edge of the panel for trimming, without the use of awkward and time-consuming fixture boards or blocks. The VSR Top/bottom trimming machine is for straight, round or contoured panels. The Fravol VSR is versatile for trimming different types of edging such as Veneer, Melamine or 3mm PVC/ ABS.
