Bonacin Electric Case Clamps Dott. Woodworking Machinery BONACIN Bonacin is a leader in technology for electric case clamps. The case clamps feature independent vertical and horizontal variable electronic drives for closing doweled joints on both cases and drawer boxes. The space-saving design allows for placement in low overhead spaces, noise-free operation, and a low energy consumption of 1kw/hour. in addition, the machine is virtually maintenance free since the pressing operation is achieved via electric motors instead of pneumatics or hydraulics. The Closer Series of electric case clamps has fast opening and closing speeds, with a patented traveler system and steel reinforced belts. it features independent vertical and horizontal potentiometers for controlling the power, to ensure the closing of doweled joints on both cases and drawer boxes. The clamps are available in both front loading and feed through models. Closer N00 FMC – Front Loading Manual Cycle Manual two button control, semi-automatic front loading clamp with steel wire safety fence opposite the operator. Most basic model. One operator loads and unloads the clamp from the same side. Closer N00 FAC – Front Loading Automatic Cycle Pass through automatic front loading clamp with touch screen control, electronic photo-eye safety fence on both sides, and automatic cycle control. A very productive solution that requires two operators and is manually loaded from the front and unloaded from the back. Closer P00 TFC – Through Feed Clamp Automatic through feed clamp with touch screen control, NC positioning of intermediate lateral pressing bars, and automatic control of the clamp cycle. Photocells on front side for singles side access during clamping.
