Casadei Sanders – The LIBRA Series of Wide Belt Sanders has a solution for all shop and production requirements. All the machines in the LiBRA Series are designed for the customer who requires flexibility, precision and a perfect finish. The models are based on the number of rollers and pads required for the level of sanding finish the customer desires. The LIBRA Series is available in one, two or three roller/pad combinations and incorporates such features as: • Grooved steel calibrating rollers • Large contact rubber coated roller with variable durometer • Rigid, semi-rigid pneumatic platen • Electronic sectional platens • Electronic table positioning • Auto centering of the feed conveyor • Electronic disc break on all belt motors • Variable belt drives LIBRA 10, a compact single roller/pad combination, is best suited for small shops which require an economical, high quality sanding machine. This machine is primarily used for calibrating and sanding solid wood and sanding veneered panels. LIBRA 0 Series, with a roller and roller/pad combination, is designed for medium to large millwork shops requiring a high level finish. This machine is primarily used for calibrating and sanding solid wood and pre-sanding and sanding veneered panels. LIBRA 0 Series, is available with up to three working units, such as roller, roller, roller/pad combination. Plus, a planer cutter for surfacing solid wood can be added. This machine is best suited for the industrial customer with high production and high quality finish requirements.
