Well, it’s high time you do — because beyond the obvious status it affords, the real advantage of private jet travel is making the most of your precious time. Just consider the priceless hours you’ve squandered at airports waiting in lines, waiting for delayed or cancelled flights, waiting and waiting — hours that could have been spent, say, beholding the massive moai of Easter Island or the majesty of Mount Uluru (Ayers Rock) in Australia. Now, imagine the plane waiting for you. Arriving at the jet operator’s holding area, you pass through the streamlined security, hand over your luggage, meet your pilot, and, just like that, you’re leaning back in your plush leather seat on your way to the next exciting adventure. What’s more, private jets often land in smaller airports located closer to your ultimate destination, saving you even more time. Of course with a private jet charter, there are certain facets of air travel you simply will have to resolve to forsake. You’ll no longer have those lengthy layovers or plane changes to contend with, and you’ll just have to endure all the personal pampering and gourmet cuisine onboard. You’ll even have to accept the fact that, when compared with a First Class seat on commercial airlines, private jet travel is surprisingly affordable. But somehow, we think you’ll manage.
