The kitchen also prepared traditional Austrian dishes, including roasted pork loin prepared in a special sauce created by Archduchess Maria Theresa’s court chef. During the day, the ship would pick up a different local act for that night’s live performance in the lounge, ensuring a wide range of everchanging entertainment.
