"This was an amazing experience,"
says Virtuoso traveler Lacey Day of
her hawk walk in Killarney, Ireland. "It
was just us and our guide strolling
through the forest with a smart and
beautiful bird of prey, learning about
the history and craft of falconry."

The Houston-based couple plans to

Madrid before heading to Italy on a
food lovers' dream trip, with stops in
Genoa, the Cinque Terre, Florence,

route based on our specific interests.
Plus, she's included downtime to relax
and really savor Italy," says Lacey.
"We're so excited."
