On the Menu My husband, Scott, and I started our trip in Orosei, a coastal town entangled in pink climbing flowers, with olive and citrus trees shading the cobblestone streets. There, we learned that cheese, meats, and flatbread (which never goes stale, making it great for shepherds) actually make up the “true” Sardinian diet, with seafood playing a vital but supporting role.
