classic striped French sailor shirt. Instead of the usual half-shell presentation, craggy top shells cover
the briny bivalves. When I ask the enigmatic owner, Fabien Rugi, about the story behind the second shell,
he winks and says, "Because they're prettier that way. And you have something to discover - a surprise."
