Lisbon discovers the
pleasures of a stiff drink.

ISTORICALLY, LISBON'S NIGHTLIFE HAS BEEN FUELED BY
beer and wine, for two good and convenient reasons: Both are
readily available and wildly affordable. But the last few years
have seen a spate of cocktail boîtes opening across town, bringing more-expensive mixed drinks to the forefront. Chalk part of the
credit up to the global gin-and-tonic craze that led Lisboetas to the greater
