Virtuoso Life - November/December 2017 - 32
And the Winners Are ...
Three award winners on Virtuoso Travel Week and more - plus where they're keeping
This year Virtuoso presented more than
60 awards during Travel Week. Some of
those accolades recognized Virtuoso's ambassadors of the year, aka travel advisors'
trusted behind-the-scenes contacts who
help take vacations to the next level, be it
through room upgrades, welcome bottles of
bubbly, or other VIP treatment. Here, some
thoughts from three of our winners.

oldest being the 92-year-old grandfather
and the youngest his 6-year-old grandson.
The ship arranged for the entire family
to be in their own Zodiac on every tour
and made sure to get videos and pictures
of them all together. About three months
after the cruise, we got a note saying the
grandfather had passed away, but the videos and pictures gave the family real comfort and joy.
