OLD RIPY KENTUCKY STRAIGHT, $50
Tasting notes: Toffee, toasted oak, apple,
1 ½ ounces bourbon
1 ounce sweet vermouth
1 ounce Campari
Twist of lemon peel
Stir the bourbon, vermouth, and Campari in
a mixing glass filled with ice for 15 seconds.
Strain into a stemmed glass or a rocks glass
with ice. Garnish with the lemon twist.
