Waytek Catalog - (Page 38) Terminals & Connectors Wire & Cable MX150™ SEALED CONNECTORS The MX150 sealed connector system is designed to meet the needs for a rugged, environmentally sealed connector supporting both power and signal applications. The MX150 sealed connector system is comprised of two product familes: MX150 - designed primarily for thin-walled SAE automotive style wire, and MX150L (see pg. 39) - designed for a larger range of wire styles including UL and SAE automotive styles. The MX150 family is a cost effective design featuring all-in-one plug and receptacle housings with pre-assembled wire & connector seals. This environmentally sealed connector system offers superior performance under submersed water conditions. Terminal position assurance components and the simple crimp, poke and plug application eliminate the need for time-consuming and costly assembly. Each housing comes preassembled with all components. Terminals are simply crimped and poked into the housings. No additional wire seals, wedge locks or CPA locks are required.
