Waytek Catalog - (Page 39) Terminals & Connectors Wire & Cable MX150L™ SEALED CONNECTORS The MX150L sealed connector system is a waterproof, environmentally sealed interconnection system designed to withstand harsh conditions. It is shipped in one piece that includes all the seals, as well as the housing and TPA (Terminal Position Assurance). This pre-assembled design is easy to use, and because it requires no assembly of components, lowers production costs. All you need to do is insert a crimped terminal lead and place the TPA into its final lock position. The needle nose pliers can be used to unlock the TPA. The MX150L is ideal for automotive, marine, off-road, construction, and agricultural equipment, as well as truck, bus and RV applications; and it accommodates a wide range of insulated wire styles from SAE to UL. Up to 16 positions are available on a special order basis. Each housing comes preassembled with all components. Terminals are simply crimped and poked into the housings. No additional wire seals, wedge locks or CPA locks are required.
