The friendly and knowledgeable staff will help you plan activities and provide you with free maps and brochures. There’s also an Austix booth where you can purchase discounted tickets for theater, music and dance performances. Austin Duck Adventures and Austin Overtures tours depart from the Center as well. Looking for the perfect Austin souvenir? The Center serves as Austin’s official gift shop with a large selection of Austin and University of Texas gifts. The Visitor Center also partners with Waterloo Records to sell their popular Texas music CDs.
