Weight: 110 tons. Length: 66 feet. Height: 33 feet. The Art Institute of Chicago holds the world’s second-largest collection of Impressionist paintings, after the Louvre. On the lakefront are 15 miles of bathing beaches. The term “jazz” was coined in Chicago in 1914. The Field Museum owns “Sue,” the largest, most complete and best- preserved T. rex ever discovered. The Magnificent Mile is internationally recognized as a premier shopping destination.
