It can be accessed on Eighth Avenue between Seneca and Pike Streets. Passengers may be dropped off at the covered entrance on Convention Place. Buses, taxicabs and shuttles also use this area for passenger drop-off and pickup. ACCESS AND PARKING bilities include electrical services for registration, show management offices, general session lighting and sound, displays and exhibits. Many complimentary electrical services are included in your rental. They are the exclusive operators of the Center’s house sound system. As a full-service audiovisual company, Audio Visual Factory will provide all of your audiovisual rental equipment, as well as video projection, teleconferencing, show production, staging, lighting packages and professional technicians to assist with all your convention needs. Event staffing for locations where access control is a factor must be provided by Center staff. These include admission/ door attendants, badge checkers, coat- or parcel/luggage-check staff, ticket takers, crowd-management staff and loading dock/transportation access. TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND CONNECTIVITY IN-HOUSE SOUND SYSTEM The house sound system for voice amplification and/or recording is complimentary for those who select our preferred audiovisual provider. With the use of the house sound system, we will provide one complimentary microphone for your meeting’s needs. Convention Communication Provisioners, Inc. (CCPI) is the exclusive provider of telecommunication, data and Internet services for the Center. CCPI provides state-of-the-art equipment and services including on-site and on-call technical, management and customer service support, 24 hours a day.
