Low cost RO4700JXR™ series laminates utilize a
unique microsphere filler resulting in 30% lighter
weight than glass reinforced PTFE.
In addition, it can be processed like FR-4,including
PTH’s, for implementing a total cost down strategy.
This family of products has improved PIM(<-160dBc);
meeting designers’ requirements for today’s most PIM
sensitive designs.
