Visions - Outpatient Care - (Page 10) Formula for success The Scholastic Academy at VISIONS affords students the opportunity to refocus, prioritize and develop both learning and life skills essential for success. Assigned homework is limited as it ensures students and their families more time to rebuild and solidify relationships. The VISIONS Staff works closely with the students’ families delivering weekly progress reports and making themselves available 24 hours-a-day for support. In addition to a high quality education, students receive a weekly individual counseling session. Sessions are facilitated by certified counselors and provide students the opportunity to discuss their progress, challenges and struggles. Students will be required to drug-test on a random basis a minimum of twice-a-week. We also offer take-home drug test kits and drug testing on the weekends. A safe and sober school environment will dramatically improve your student’s ability to navigate the challenges of a new way of living. It can and will significantly raise the level of an adolescent’s confidence and strengthen his or her sense of self.
