Each (different) issue is a separate entry and entry fee. Except where noted, winners in these categories are automatically entered in Best Overall/Consumer. C9 Health & Fitness/Consumer Health, diet, exercise, self-improvement, physical fitness. The same publication may not be submitted in category 8. Must publish 5 or more times per year. C18 Children & Teens/Consumer Directed to children through age 19; selfimprovement, physical, social and business development. Must publish 5 or more times per year. C1 Outdoor Sports, Boating & Recreation/Consumer Outdoor sports activities. May also include performance, features, technical and product reviews and similar information. The same publication may not be submitted in categories 2 & 3. Must publish 5 or more times per year. C10 City & Metropolitan/ Consumer City and metropolitan living, including cultural, aesthetic, political, civic and similar issues. The same publication may not be submitted in category 11. C3 Crafts, Games, Hobbies & Models/Consumer Instruction, new techniques, collectibles, idea sources, how-to guides and similar information. C12 Travel & In-Transit/Consumer Travel, inflight and in-room offering travel tips, resort information, features, events, locations and travel news. Must publish 5 or more times per year. C22 Custom Publications/ Consumer One-time only publication directed to a specific audience. Not an Annual (published each year). Not eligible for Best Overall/Consumer.
