Truliant sent out a request to all the employees to send in a wish list of what they would like in the new building. From the completed wish list, Truliant was able to implement everything except for two items on the list. One was a day care facility within the building, which could not be supported as there was not enough employees with a need for day care. The other was a few hammocks outside in the courtyard area. This was not able to be implemented as the trees in that area where still young and unable to support hammocks. The things that were implemented were: a fully equipped state-of-the-art gym where employees could go and work-out during lunch time. A full kitchen where cooking classes are held and employees can hold their own cooking classes on preparing ethnic dishes. A billiard table was placed in the lounge area, along with ample dining and lounge seating. An internet cafe allows employees to check their e-mail and surf the web without using work related computers. A relaxing out-door area was created complete with seating, a grill area and a cascading waterfall – the perfect place to relax and re-charge during lunch. Small rooms were placed in the building for people who were not feeling well and wanted a place to lie down and recover without being Truliant Corporate Office employee gym 22 OCTOBER 2007
