As a new TANWORLD® Franchise Partner, you will participate in a comprehensive three-stage training curriculum which includes classroom instruction for both single and multi-unit Franchise Partners and key management personnel. Held at our training facility in Omaha, Nebraska, you’ll also enjoy on-the-job training at one of the TANWORLD® salons near our corporate facilities. Additionally, you will receive on-site pre and post-opening training at your new TANWORLD® salon. Our curriculum covers all aspects of retail operations, marketing, merchandising and back office operations plus International Smart Tan® certification. TANWORLD® provides ongoing classroom, online and webinar training for you, your managers and staff. As you hire new employees, just plug them into our live web training conducted by our professional trainers.
