The courses are based on evidence based theory and aim to create a “learning organisation”. Self appraisal and team work are encouraged to develop acceptable cross company solutions to problems and all activity is based on material brought to the table by participants and not exercises provided by Have a Care. As the work in the area of learning organizations has developed over the years users have found it becomes closely linked with their quality agenda and it has had a major impact in helping people to embrace change. People in learning organizations have been found to react more quickly when their environment changes as they have become more able to anticipate possible changes and have sufficient knowledge of company policy and objectives to adapt in an appropriate way. Have a Care works with individuals and groups. Perhaps you want to have a care for yourself and have some individual coaching in any part of you own work. You may think that having a care for your managers is the most appropriate way forward. In this case you would effectively get individual team leaders to gain more insight across the company and have a better understanding of the ways of working of other group leaders. You may on the other hand want to strengthen a specific team as well as the manager providing a top down improvement in a particular area of your company. All courses will be designed for individual needs and will include all paperwork, handouts and a Certificate of attendance. They will be provided in-house if possible or at a venue nearby offering good quality catering and parking. They will normally be run with up to 12 people although this can be negotiated. When the recession ends the people you have developed in this way will be central to supervising and developing new employees and you will be in a better position to move on than your competitors.
