launched EMG Content Services, to
bring together its video processing
and management solutions, VoD
and OTT services.
EMG Content Services aims to bring

Facilis TerraBlock
Revolutionises Ka-boom
USA: Belfast-based post and
production house Ka-boom has
successfully integrated a 48TB
Facilis TerraBlock 24D shared
storage system into the facility.
Ka-boom Managing Director Zach

REDirect Surf
On New Wave
USA: RED Digital Cinema and
Surfer Magazine have kicked off a
REDirect Surf competition.
Each contestant received an EPIC
RED DRAGON camera package,
a Lowepro DryZone 200, and
G-Technology's G-RAID and the
G-DOCK ev.
In all 11 contestants, selected by
Surfer and RED, have created films
for the competition.
They will be judged on both their
'Best Moment in Time' - a still
pulled from their motion footage -
and their 'Best Highlight Reel' their
