SIS Selects
Net Insight Sye
SWE: SIS has selected Net
Insight's ultra-low latency Sye
solution to provide delivery of live
betting content to betting shops
and bookmaker trading rooms
worldwide.
The decision to implement Net
Insight's Sye ensures a more cost
effective video delivery over the
internet than traditional satellite
services.
Sye will provide content from SIS
channel playout services to SIS
set-top boxes in betting shops and
trading rooms around the world.

Qu-Pac Installed
In Sports Complex
GBR / POL: Allen & Heath's QuPac digital rack mixer has been
installed in the new COS sports
complex, constructed as a training
centre for Poland's Olympic
athletes.
Situated in Zakopane, the centre
comprises a 46m x 28m hall, 15m
climbing wall, running track, gym,
judo training room, wrestling
training room and fitness hall.
The venue was recently opened by
the Minister of Sport & Tourism,
and top Polish athletes, cross
country skier Justyna Kowalczyk,
and ski jumper Kamil Stoch.

GBR: BT Sport has deployed
Yospace's innovative solution to
monetise live channels across its
online platforms.
Launching ahead of the 2016
Premier League football season,
the Yospace platform enables ad
breaks in BT Sport's live streams
to be replaced when viewed online,
in a way that is frame-accurate and
seamless for the viewer.
This will result in new inventory
being made available across the
broadcaster's impressive line-up of
exclusively live sports coverage.

ATP Media Revamps
Streaming Platform

TP Media will be re-launching a
revamped version of its streaming
platform 'TennisTV' in January 2017.
TennisTV, the official direct-toconsumer streaming service for tennis
fans globally, provides tennis matches
live and on demand from all ATP World
Tour Masters 1000, 500 and 250
tournaments, as well as the seasonending Barclays ATP World Tour Finals
at The O2 in London.
Mark Webster, CEO of ATP Media,
said: "This is a significant step forward
to present the ATP World Tour in a
new and meaningful way to our fans.
It is important for ATP Media to take
its digital offering to the next level
to capitalise on the latest viewing
trends of streaming media and OTT
consumption whilst, at the same time,
provide a complementary product for

In a change from the existing
TennisTV offering, the new product will
exclusively feature all ATP World Tour
tournaments only. WTA tournaments
will be packaged separately from 2017
by the WTA Tour.

VU Networks showed its TVU Alert
and TVU Command Center workflow
solutions for professional broadcast for
the first time in Europe at IBC2016.
TVU Alert is a cloud-hosted service
that makes it quick and simple to
send mission-critical alerts, such as
breaking news, anywhere throughout
a news organisation. TVU
Command Center is also
a
cloud-based
solution
that allows for the central
management
and
control
of all the TVU transmitters,
receivers,
and
services
within a group from virtually
anywhere.
Together,
they
help broadcasters get to air

first with live video from the most
important breaking stories.
Matt McEwen, TVU Networks' VP of
Product Management, said: "TVU Alert
was designed to allow any user on
the system to create a short alert and
send it to other TVU users - reporters,
directors, management and technical

Alerts, which can be sent to and
from any TVU edge device, can be
customised and sent to individuals,
devices or to entire groups in the
network.
