atavideo has been around for 30
years, producing affordable and
reliable products that just work. With
out of the box mentality, they found
ways to make the lives of broadcast
and live production technicians much
easier and hassle free.
What most people don't know, is
that Datavideo also sells full end-toend workflow solutions for almost any
purpose!

Classroom and small conference
solutions
Featured on the booth of Oasis
Enterprises at CABSAT 2015 is a small
classroom/conference hall workflow,
with one or two operators. This simple
and smart workflow, with the SE1200 switcher as the beating heart,
concentrates around a maximum of
three PTZ cameras, with optional
microphones. These microphones are

able to use "audio follow video", thus
switching on the right microphone
when the operator switches the
camera. This comes in very useful for
classes and conferences.
Also present is the new NVP-20,
a network controlled media player
for easy media control. For other
digital content, like PowerPoint
presentations, there is an option to
incorporate a simple laptop with HDMI
output. The operator can operate
this workflow from large distances,
since the new SE-1200 uses a LAN
connection. The operator can control
the switcher with an on-screen control
panel, using a laptop or a tablet.
The multiviewer is streamed to the
operator, via a low-latency MJPEG
stream. Audio control is done by the
AM-100 mixer, and the AD-100 audio
delay. Recording is done with the
newest Datavideo recorder, HRS-30.
This recorder works with fast and
reliable solid state disks, and has a
very handy director monitor built in.

Streaming the event or class is done
with ease using the NVS-20 streaming
encoder, that streams directly to
YouTube, or other content delivery
networks.
Of course, Datavideo still serves
the more demanding clients with
the mobile studio solution HS-2800.
This suitcase switcher is capable of
switching up to 12 channels, and has
built-in multiviewer and talkback.
TVS-1000 entry level virtual studio
Working with virtual studio solutions
can be very hard and complicated.
Most of the time, productions don't
even need all the different options that
this equipment has to offer. Datavideo
decided to develop a very simple, entry
level virtual studio solution.
With this solution, a simple stand
up show, corporate presentations,
and lectures are made, recorded, and
streamed with ease! Just a simple
green screen and some lights and
you're good to go!
