Rachel’s love of sponsorship and promotions is strong because she had learned radio is a personal thing. It follows the listener around, so people have this perception that the radio has befriended them. The radio is a part of their routine and so people trust it. Rachel said sponsorship and promotion is all about tapping into that. She knows she can reach out and instantly interact with the target market with great ideas and quirky ways to win. He is responsible for North West Stations Smooth Radio and Century Radio. He ensures the stations remain frontrunners for their target audiences within their TSA.
