The family has the SMLTx, SMLMs and SMLZ LEDs that emit OEM colours such as blue lagoon, ice blue, sapphire blue, blue green and InGaN-based pure green. All the LEDs feature a forward current, IFmax of 20 to 60mA, luminous intensity, IV of 16 to 4800mcd, peak forward current, IFP of 100 to 300mA, reverse voltage, VR of 5 to 12V, and forward voltage, VF of 2 to 3.5V at 20mA. They are housed in a choice of packages, i.e. PLCC-2, chip LED 0603, reflector 0603 and 0805, and lens type packages, which range in heights from 0.55 to 1.9mm. They operate between -40 and +100°C. rohM SeMicoNducTor R ntersil has launched the D2Audio DAE-3HT 12-channel digital sound processor and amplifier controller to provide the sound quality in audio systems. The processor is suitable for sound bars and Blu-ray home theatre systems. It accepts up to eight digital input channels and supports up to 12 PWM output signals for driving Class-D power stages. Each PWM output of the processor provides overall good audio performance driving both powered and line outputs, according to the company. The digital sound processor is available in a 72pin QFN and features four I2S inputs, one I2S output, Sony Philips digital interconnect format I/O, I2C port, and SPI port.
