Food Safety Progress
The most sweeping reforms of the nation’s food safety rules in over 70 years are being implemented by the Food & Drug Administration and have led to an influx of comments from the industry and the public, according to a tally by The Food Institute, an Upper Saddle River, NJ-based trade association.
