Carnicería Los Alamos
La Carnicería Los Álamos abrió
su cuarto local en Phoenix durante
el otoño del 2011, y los resultados
demuestran ser favorable. Las ventas
van creciendo, y los clientes disfrutan
la variedad en sabor de los productos
de la panadería la cual son preparados
frescos diariamente. “El negocio es
bueno”, dice Amado Rodríguez, quien
maneja el local mas nuevo de Phoenix.
“Desde el primer día que abrimos,
las ventas son muy buenas porque
tenemos todo lo necesario para toda
clase de persona.”
La nueva tienda, que combina
panadería, carnicería y supermercado,
todo bajo un mismo techo, es
el segundo de Los Álamos en Phoenix.
Hay otras tiendas localizados en
los suburbios Mesa y Avondale de
Phoenix.
Pan fresco es una especialidad
diario, y los tres panaderos de este
local trabajan muy fuerte todas las
mañanas para preparar una variedad
de productos panaderos y repostería
tradicional y única. “Todos los días
nos brindan con artículos distintos”,
dice Rodríguez, “Granadas, Canastas,
Budines. Cada día, los clientes
disfrutan de nuestros surtidos distintos
de pan. “
Lidios, uno de los panes especiales
más tradicionales. Se hacen
con dos masas diferentes - mantecada
mezclado en la masa de hojaldre. Esto
crea un producto delicioso al igual
que lo atractivo que es. Es una mezcla
única con masa hojaldre abajo y con
un sabor intenso en la parte de encima.
“Si usted quiere tener un producto
sabroso, tiene que comenzar con
ingredientes de alta calidad”, dice
Rodríguez, que atribuye a BakeMark
por proveedor de productos con
ingredientes excelentes de muy
buena calidad y servicio al cliente.
“BakeMark nos da muy buen servicio.
Cada vez que necesito algo, siempre
están ahí para mí.”
Los Álamos también se especializan
en bolillos rellenos de chorizo
y jalapeño, o queso y jalapeño. Estos
bolillos son perfectos para el desayuno
o comida ligera.
El pastel es igual de popular
en esta panadería, y muchos de sus
postres son bastante creativos. Un
