NY, added a new flavor - Sea
Salt Caramel - to its line of
Crispy Apple Chips. The chips
meet the quest for a tasty, yet
healthier, snack alternative. They
contain apples, safflower, sunflower oil, sugar and sea salt and
come in 2.5-oz bags. They
can serve as a topper for
yogurt and fresh apples
or can be eaten straight
from the bag.

Wholesome Goodness, Long Grove,
IL, is a new food brand focused on
providing consumers with a line of
natural foods that deliver higher
nutritional value per calorie at affordable prices. The line includes
snack mixes, tortilla chips, granola
bars, hot and cold cereals and more.
All are trans-fat-free and deliver
nutritional benefits.

Tortilla dipping chips
New Cape Cod Dipping Shells
from Snyder's-Lance, Charlotte,
NC, are corn tortilla chips made
for eating with dips, salsas and
more. The shells come in three
flavors: Four Bean (with black,
pinto, red and adzuki beans), Blue
Corn Multigrain (with blue corn,
chia seeds and brown rice), and
Ancient Grain (with quinoa, black
sesame and amaranth). Each
6-oz bag contains at least 18 g
whole grains.

Thinner Oreos
Mondelez International, East Hanover, NJ, offers a lighter snack
with its Oreo Thins, a new take on the company's classic cookie.
The crisp and delicate texture targets consumers seeking a more
sophisticated cookie. Each four-cookie serving size contains
140 Cal, and each box will retail for $4.59.

Holiday-inspired caramel corn
Granola clusters
New England Natural Bakers, Greenfield, MA, introduced two
granola clusters to its Organic Select line. The new flavors are
Gluten Free Pumpkin Spice and High Protein Ginger. Both are
organic and contain no GMOs.

G.H. Cretors, Chicago, released its first Limited Edition collection of popcorn, featuring tastes geared toward the fall and
winter holiday seasons. New flavors of caramel corn include
Orchard Apple, Pumpkin Spice and Double Chocolate. Available
in September, the limited-edition flavors come in 8-oz bags for a
suggested retail price of $5.99.
