Häagen-Dazs introduces 2011 flavors OAKLAND, CALIF. — Häagen-Dazs has introduced several new ice cream flavors for 2011, including caramel apple pie, blueberry crumble, cranberry pumpkin spice, sweet chai latte and spiced peach crumble. “This year we really focused on flavor experiences when looking for inspiration and ideas,” said Gulbin Hoeberechts, brand director for Häagen-Dazs. “A slice of holiday pie, a bite of fresh fruit from the orchard, a visit to the ice cream parlor, a trip to India — all of these led to the creation of our 2011 flavors and new sundae cones.” The brand also introduced a frozen Inspection yogurt and a sorbet flavor. Chocolate almond will be added to Häagen-Dazs’s frozen yogurt flavors while blackberry cabernet will be added to the sorbet line. The new flavors are available nationwide with a suggested retail price of $4.69 for a 14-oz carton, $5.49 per five-cone carton and $1.39 for a 3.6-oz cup.
