The new variety of yogurt is available in several flavors, including traditional flavors such as plain, vanilla, strawberry and blueberry, and blended flavors such as key lime and raspberry. Oikos yogurts are manufactured using a straining process that maintains the taste profile of Greek yogurt, but also creates the thick consistency found in Greek yogurts. The new product is considered an excellent source of protein, with twice the amount of regular low-fat yogurts. With no fat, the new line has 80 to 130 calories each depending on the flavor.
