New Food Products Dunkin' Donuts partners with WhiteWave Foods CANTON, MASS. - Dunkin' Donuts branded coffee creamers are making an appearance in grocery stores through a licensing agreement with WhiteWave Foods. "Consumers have told us they love the idea of Dunkin' Donuts Coffee Creamers at their grocery store, and we feel this launch will strengthen our brand's association with hot coffee, increase our visibility at grocery stores around the country, and ultimately drive more hot coffee sales when consumers visit our restaurants," said John Costello, Dunkin' Brands' president of global marketing and innovation. Dunkin' Donuts' packaged coffee, which is distributed by the J.M. Smucker Co., has been available in grocery stores nationwide since 2007. All varieties of Dunkin' Donuts' creamers are available, including original, fat-free, "extra extra" and unsweetened. The creamers will be sold in 32-oz quart-size bottles nationwide. "We believe the introduction of Dunkin' Donuts creamers is a bold first step toward transforming the unflavored coffee creamer category with the real dairy experience consumers have come to expect from Dunkin' Donuts," said Carlos Veraza, president of coffee creamers and beverages TGI Fridays extends light menu options CARROLLTON, TEXAS - In an effort to align with the consumer trend for healthier eating, TGI Fridays is offering new lower calorie menu options. In addition to its five original lighter entrees, two better-for-you menu options are being added to the menu. The new lighter selections feature miso-glazed and fire-grilled chicken and spinach and sirloin and spinach, which are both paired with tomato and mozzarella salads.
