This line can feed the

hearth baking line to
produce moulded or
unmoulded artisan
products. During the show, the line will be in production and used to
introduce Mecatherm’s new HQ* (*High Quality) products.

RIVET-FREE BAKING TRAY DESIGN
American Pan will
unveil its new, rivet-free,
Tab-Lock Baking Screen
design at IBIE. This
new pan features a new
fastening system for the
baking screen that does
not use rivets and will not
require a drill for removal
and replacement. The
fastening system uses an
engineered tab on the
screen that locks into
the tray frame using a
proprietary hand tool. The screen can also be removed quickly and
easily using another specially-designed hand tool, which means that
screens can be replaced in the bakery rather than shipping to a service
center, saving time and money for replacement.
