IDDBA Reveals Star Speakers for 2011 Show
The International Dairy-DeliBakery Association has announced the speaker lineup for Dairy-Deli-Bake 2011. The event will be held June 5-7 in Anaheim, CA, at the Anaheim Convention Center. This year’s speakers include: Dr. Condoleezza Rice, Guy Fieri, Joe Montana, Captain Chesley “Sully” Sullenberger, Dr. Lowell B. Catlett, Harold Lloyd, Marcus Buckingham, Sinbad, John Gerzema, Carol Christison, Mark Rudy, and Jack Li. An American professor, politician, diplomat, and author, Dr. Condoleezza Rice provides a sweeping look at global affairs during her tenure as the 66th Secretary of State of the United States and as the National Security Advisor. She shares compelling stories of her experiences which illuminate the interrelationship of global events and leaders. Her most recent book is Extraordinary, Ordinary People: A Memoir of Family. In 2010, the New York Times said that Guy Fieri brought his “element of rowdy, mass-market culture to American food television” and that his “prime-time shows attract more male viewers than any others on the network.” Just a few years ago, Guy Fieri was a contestant on and won season two of The Next Food Network Star. Today, he is a mega food star and hosts three popular shows on Food Network including Guy’s Big Bite and Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. He is also the host of the prime time game show, Minute To Win It and is the owner/operator of five restaurants in Northern California. Widely considered the best NFL quarterback of all time, Joe Montana lead the San Francisco 49ers to four Super Bowl wins and, in the process, captured three Super Bowl MVP awards.
