Organic Yeast
IF YOU LABEL YOUR YEASTED BREAD AND BAKED GOODS AS ORGANIC,
THEN LEGALLY IT'S IMPORTANT TO USE ORGANIC YEAST

Organic Fresh Yeast

When your bakery is ready
to go organic, the search
for a certified organic yeast
could be cause for concern.
Will organic yeast function
in your formula as well as
your current yeast?

In tests, Lesaffre technicians
recognize that using organic
yeast is not always an
automatic drop-in solution
in formulas, as a slight
adjustment in usage level is
often necessary.

How much benchwork
will be needed to adjust
formulas when you make the
switch?

But based on tests, results,
and customer feedback,
breads made with Red
Star® Organic Yeast show

STEVE MASSEY, TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER FOR LESAFFRE,
EXPLAINS THE UNIQUE BENEFITS OF RED STAR ORGANIC YEAST,
AVAILABLE IN BOTH FRESH AND INSTANT DRY FORMS.
