Thomas Boehlert named c.f.o. at
Bunge, succeeding Drew Burke
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. - Thomas
Boehlert has been named executive
vice-president and chief financial officer of Bunge Ltd., effective Jan. 1,
2017. He will succeed Drew Burke,
who is retiring, and will report directly to Soren Schroder, the company's
chief executive officer.
"We are delighted to have Thom
join Bunge," Mr. Schroder said. "He
is a seasoned c.f.o. with deep knowledge of global commodity markets
and a proven track record of driving
effective portfolio management and
cost initiatives. The combination of his
skills, pragmatic approach and public
company experience will be a tremendous asset to Bunge."

the Bunge team and help build on its
successes."

Mr. Boehlert was c.e.o., president and a director of First
Nickel Inc. from 2011-15. Prior
to that, he was c.f.o. for Kinross
Gold Corp., a global mining
company, and was c.f.o. for
several energy companies, in- Boehlert
cluding Texas Genco, Direct
Energy and Sithe Energies, Inc.
Previously, Mr. Boehlert spent 14
years in investment banking with
Credit Suisse, where his focus was on
the electric power, natural resources
and infrastructure sectors and where

Mark Beemer joins Agspring as
chief executive officer
LEAWOOD, KAS. - Mark Beemer has
joined Agspring as chief executive officer. Mr. Beemer has more than 28 years of
grain and agriculture processing industry
experience and has served as a senior adviser to the company since early fall.
Mr. Beemer most recently was c.e.o. of
Aventine Renewable Energy. Earlier, he
spent 13 years at Archer Daniels Midland
Co., where he held various key management roles, including strategic planning,
operations and corporate transportation. Prior to working at ADM he was
with Louis Dreyfus Corp., moving to
ADM through the company's 1993 joint
venture, where he managed the corn and
soybean merchandising operations.
Mr. Beemer started his career in commodity trading at the Chicago Board of Trade.

In the Kansas City community, Mr.
Beemer serves as a member of the National Agricultural Center and Hall of
Fame board of directors.

company on July 22.

Ron Savelli serving as interim
c.e.o. of Chris's Cookies
TETERBORO, N.J. - Ron Savelli has
been named interim chief executive officer of Chris's Cookies, a dessert foods business based in
Teterboro.
In this role, Mr. Savelli succeeds Christian Gargiulo, who
established the company in 2000.
Mr. Gargiulo will remain president of Chris's Cookies.

Mr. Savelli is the former president and c.e.o. of Caravan Ingredients,

degree in accounting from Indiana University and a master's
of business administration degree in finance from New York
University.
Mr. Burke was named c.f.o. in
February 2011, having served as
interim c.f.o. since September
2010. He joined Bunge in 2002
as managing director, soy ingredients
and new business development. Earlier, he was chief executive officer of
the U.S. subsidiary of Degussa AG and
worked for Beecham Pharmaceuticals
