Two new c's: Flowers hires chief
marketing, information officers
THOMASVILLE, GA. - In separate announcements, Flowers Foods, Inc. said
Debo Mukherjee has joined the
company in the newly created
role of chief marketing officer.
Harish Ramani has joined Flowers as senior vice-president and
chief information officer.
As c.m.o., Mr. Mukherjee will
lead the company's marketing Mukherjee

Mr. Mukherjee brings 25 years of experience in confection, food and
health and nutrition consumer
businesses. He founded Intacta
Consulting Group L.L.C. Previously, he was chief executive

served in marketing positions for
companies such as Mars, Inc.,
Unilever, H.J. Heinz Co. and
The Hershey Co.

Jeff Dearduff to lead baking and
snack services at Austin Co.

Cafe as chief marketing officer
to vice-president, customer service
DALLAS - Donna Josephson has joined Corner Bakery Cafe
as senior vice-president and chief marketing officer. Ms. Josephson has more than 20 years of restaurant marketing experience
in developing and implementing innovative brand strategies
and marketing programs, most recently as c.m.o. at Fazoli's.
Prior to Fazoli's, Ms. Josephson was vice-president of global
marketing and c.m.o. at McAlister's Deli, and earlier she was
south region marketing director at Wendy's International. She
also was executive director of field marketing at Applebee's International and marketing director at Chick-fil-A.
She received both a bachelor of science degree and master's
degree in business management from Ball State University in
Muncie, Ind.

TEUTOPOLIS, ILL. - Jay Wallace has been named vice-president of customer service at Siemer Milling Co. In his new role
he will be responsible for leading the customer service and logistics team.
Mr. Wallace began his career with Siemer Milling in October
1998 as a sales representative. Prior to Siemer, he was a sales
trader at United International Industries, L.L.C.
"Jay has been exceptional in his performance as our senior
account executive and will continue to bring a high level of initiative and knowledge to Siemer Milling," the company said.
Mr. Wallace received a bachelor of science degree in agribusiness from Illinois State University. He also attended the Illinois
Agricultural Leadership program in 2006.
Siemer Milling Co. is a family- and employee-owned company founded in 1882. Today, it employs more than 160 people
at wheat milling operations in Teutopolis; West Harrison, Ind.;
